Shipping is done entirely in-house. If the product purchased is in stock, expect 3-5 business days before the purchase is shipped
If shipping within Australia, standard postage rates will be $9.99 per order.
If shipping internationally, standard postage rates will be $29.99 per order.
Domestic postage is expected to take 3-7 business days from the shipping date.
International postage is expected to take a minimum of 10 business days from the shipping date (will vary based on location).
If the product purchased is out of stock, you will be provided an updated timeline once the product has been restocked. We will endeavour to keep products stocked at all times.
Shipping Policy
Unless products arrive severely damaged, refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be offered.
If products are severely damaged on arrival, contact info@flightedpages.com to arrange a refund or replacement. Proof of damage must be provided. Claims can only be lodged within 5 business days of arrival.
Flighted Pages reserves the right to decided if a product is deemed sufficiently damaged to warrant replacement or refund.
